Mycelex-3 Vaginal Cream used to treat yeast-like fungal infections of the vulva and vagina.

Mycelex-3 Dosage

• For adults, the usual starting dose is 1 applicatorful of cream inserted in the vagina at bedtime for 3 days.
• Not for use by girls under 12 years of age.

• It is used to treat yeast infections.

Side Effects of Mycelex-3

Before taken Mycelex-3 medicine, you should discuss the side effects with your doctor. If any develop or change in intensity, then you should inform your doctor as soon as possible. Because only your doctor can determine if it is safe for you to continue taking Mycelex-3. Side effects may include:

• Itching of the fingers
• Soreness
• Vaginal discharge

Warnings and precautions before taking Mycelex-3:

• If your have an allergic reaction while you are using Mycelex-3, then you should notify your doctor.
• You should not use Mycelex-3 if you have abdominal pain, a fever, or a vaginal discharge with a foul odor.
• If your symptoms come back within 2 months, then you should tell your doctor. Because it could be a sign of pregnancy or a condition such as AIDS or diabetes.
• You should not use this product if you have diabetes, or have AIDS.

Drug Interaction :-

No interactions with other drugs have been reported. But if you are taking Mycelex-3 with certain other drugs, then the effects of either could be increased, decreased, or altered. So it is especially important to check with your doctor before combining Mycelex-3 with other drugs.

Overdose

No overdosage has been reported. But after taken Mycelex-3 if you feel that overdose is suspected, then you should contact with your doctor immediately. Because it may lead to another serious effect.
